How Our Pricing Works

Aliviya Rose Manor uses an all-inclusive monthly rate. One fee covers the room, all meals, all caregiving, and every service listed below. We do not bill separately for higher levels of assistance as your loved one’s needs change over time. The rate you sign with is the rate you live with, adjusted only at annual renewal.

For context: the average monthly cost of assisted living in the Tampa and Spring Hill region of Florida ranges from $4,500 to $5,500 per month, according to recent senior care cost data. As a small, eight-bed residential community, our pricing reflects the concentrated, personal care we provide, not a scaled-back institutional model.

What’s Included in Our Monthly Rate

One rate. No tiers. No care-level surcharges. Here is what every resident receives:

• Private or semi-private room, ask about current availability for each option
• Three home-cooked meals per day, plus snacks, prepared on-site, not catered from a central kitchen
• 24/7 caregiver presence, someone is always in the home, day and night
• Medication management, our RN-led team administers and tracks all medications
• Personal care assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility
• Laundry and linen service, personal laundry done weekly, linens changed regularly
• Light housekeeping of the resident’s room and common areas
• Planned activities and social engagement, adapted to each resident’s interests and cognitive level
• Individualized care plan developed at move-in and updated as needs change
• Transportation coordination, we help schedule rides to medical appointments within the local area
• Family communication, we keep families informed without making you chase us

What Extra Fees Apply to Our Monthly Rate

We keep this list short on purpose. The goal is honest disclosure, not a list of line items designed to inflate the bill after move-in.

• Hair salon appointments, mobile stylist visits are available and billed directly by the stylist
• Transportation beyond a local radius, routine medical appointments within the Spring Hill area are coordinated at no charge, longer-distance trips or specialized medical transport may incur an additional charge
• One-to-one companion hours, if a resident requires continuous individual supervision beyond standard staffing (for example, during a behavioral health episode), additional companion hours can be arranged at an hourly rate
• Physician, specialist, and pharmacy charges, these are billed through Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance as applicable and are not part of our facility fee

We discuss all of these with families before and during the admission process. There are no surprises at the first invoice.

Paying for Care

There are several ways families pay for assisted living care at Aliviya Rose Manor. Most families use a combination of more than one.

Private Pay. The most straightforward option. Monthly invoices are billed directly to the resident or responsible party. We accept check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit cards.

Long-Term Care Insurance. If your family member has a long-term care insurance policy, assisted living at a licensed Florida facility like ours typically qualifies for benefits once the elimination period has been met. We provide all documentation insurers require: facility license, care plan, monthly cost statement.

VA Aid and Attendance. A monthly tax-free benefit available to wartime veterans and their surviving spouses who need help with daily living. For 2026, benefits go up to $2,424 per month for a single veteran, $2,874 per month for a veteran with a spouse, and $1,558 per month for a surviving spouse. Memory Care. Residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia receive the same all-inclusive care model in our secured, homelike environment. Call to discuss specific care needs and current rates.

Respite Care. Short-term stays are available for family caregivers who need a break, or for individuals recovering from a hospital or rehabilitation stay. Minimum stay, availability, and current rates vary, call 352-691-9136 for current openings.
